Gerard - Meridian

This is just an album to fall right over the floor. This bombastic masterpiece really shakes the foundations. After leaving an astonished audience at the Planet Pul festival in Holland the Japanese version of 'Meridian' was sold out within some minutes. The album contains some gathered material from earlier years. But as Gerard always does, some tracks were re-released in a bit different version that the lder track. So we can listen to a new version of 'Orpheus - part 1-3'. The excellent over-the-top keyboard parts of Toshio Egawa dominate throughout the whole album. With many Emerson-like elements these Japanese sound like a modern (heavy-)ELP.
